Prior to moving to Louisville, Jessica volunteered with Legal Aid of the Bluegrass in Covington, Kentucky.  During her time at Legal Aid, she worked on a wide variety of matters for indigent clients, including divorces, domestic violence, wills, and unemployment.  Immediately after law school, she assisted with the defense of a Criminal Justice Act client in the Eastern District of Kentucky.  While in law school at the University of Kentucky, she clerked for both state and federal prosecutors.  She maintains a general practice.

She is licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
